Steven Scott Bradley joined OneDigital in January 2023 as Principal and Senior Client Executive for the Property & Casualty division. Previously, he was CEO of Bradley & Bradley Associates, Inc., a Philadelphia-based firm specializing in commercial, property, and risk management services.
His 30 years of expertise spans diverse areas, including:

- • Sales and Marketing: His strategic approach to sales and marketing has contributed to the success of numerous ventures.

Before establishing Bradley & Bradley Associates, Inc. in 2001, Steven held pivotal positions at Watlington & Cooper, Inc., one of the oldest and largest minority brokerage firms in the United States. During his 15-year tenure, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and later as President and CEO.
Steven's journey reflects professional excellence and a dedication to fostering growth and resilience within the insurance industry. He is the recipient of numerous awards and accolades, including the African American Chamber of Commerce (PA, NJ, DE) Vanguard Award, the Diversity Lifetime Achievement Award and Economic Development Champion Award from the Philadelphia Business Journal, the Philadelphia Urban League Whitney M. Young Jr. Empowerment Award, Philadelphia Tribune African American Most Influential Leader Award, and numerous other recognitions for professional achievement and community impact.
He is active on several high profile boards, including Philadelphia Soccer 2026 and Philadelphia's civic committee, overseeing the region's bid to host the FIFA World Cup in 2026.
